Sending a sample:

•	To request specimen collection materials, contact Kimball Genetics.

Billing information and CPT codes: For information on test cost and CPT codes, please call our lab at 800-320-1807 and ask for the accounting department.

Policy on reporting test results: Test results are faxed to the referring physician/institution as soon as they are available.

Free genetic consultation for every case: Genetic consultation by board-certified genetic counselors is available for physicians, other healthcare providers, and families. Our genetic counselors are happy to explain test results and their significance for other family members. If you have questions, call 800-320-1807 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
